This notice explains what WebloSEO collects when you use this website, why, and how long we keep it. WebloSEO is a Weblo Digital company.
When you submit any form on this site — the contact form, the homepage discovery form, the audit request, or the AI Overview Checker — we store the details you enter: your name, email address, and where provided your phone number, company, website, the service you are interested in, and your message.
We also store a one-way hash of your IP address (never the address itself), your browser's user-agent string, and the campaign parameters that brought you to the site. The hashed IP is used only to rate-limit abuse of the forms.
We process enquiry details to respond to the request you made, and to provide the report or audit you asked for. Where you have consented, we also use analytics and advertising cookies as described below.
Strictly necessary: a consent cookie recording your choice, a first-touch attribution cookie recording which campaign referred you, and — for our team only — a preview cookie used while the site is unpublished. These are set without consent because the site cannot function correctly without them.
Analytics and advertising: Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are loaded only after you accept. Until you decide, Google Consent Mode holds all storage in a denied state and the Meta Pixel is explicitly revoked. If you reject, neither is granted storage access.
You can change your decision at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser.
Enquiry notifications are delivered through Hostinger's mail service. If you have accepted advertising cookies, we also send a hashed version of your email address and phone number to Meta so that a conversion from an advertisement can be attributed. These values are hashed with SHA-256 before they leave our server, and we never transmit them in readable form. If you have not accepted, nothing is sent to Meta.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else.
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to contact@webloseo.com and we will respond within one month.
